So, Christmas is getting super close now! I can’t believe that some people still haven’t started their shopping. I’d be SO stressed!!
Christmas dinner is literally one of my favourite things of the year. I picture it in my head, just like the cheesy adverts and the Dickens novel; my angelic children sitting nicely, laughing over pulling crackers, while the biggest turkey ever grown sits juicy and golden in the middle of the table. Heaven. Never mind the desserts.....
I see more and more other meats becoming popular at Christmas too. The whole five-bird-roast extravaganza for a start and one of my friends always makes a beef wellington alongside their turkey!
